Digital Promotions for Mega Event EXCON 2019
EXCON, awarded as the ‘Topmost B2B Exhibition’ has been a flagship event – grand in its scale, stature and impact.
And, EXCON 2019 was the 10th edition of the largest construction equipment exhibition in South Asia that brings together the entire CE ad Infrastructure industry from India and the world to Bengaluru. The Market Place For Construction Equipment Industry – EXCON’s 10th edition would be the largest so far.
Challenge:
The challenge was to create a build-up campaign that took it to the next level – to highlight its scale and grandeur, engage the industry and stakeholders digitally, and create the right level of excitement around the event. As well as, to inform and share the various details around it – including roadshows in several cities across the country.
Approach:
To live upto the challenge of taking the event to the next level, we first planned the buckets that covered every aspect of the magnificent event.
Using a bolder, more visually driven promotion for every communication was the key to project its grandeur. We interspersed videos and 3D visuals to grab attention and used a good mix of content.
Bright visuals, bold fonts, and bolder minimalistic text to send out key information, intriguing facts and impressive CTAs were used throughout the run-up to the event.
